"Personally I started Proof and Bond Tours and oversaw 10 sales reps and 25 tour guides. Before selling the company I acted as CEO and VP of Sales. I am very familiar with the direct profit and loss of a company and even more familiar with Sales management. Currently I also work as the Territory Manager for Stonhard. Stonhard is the global leader in industrial epoxy floors. They have brought me in to fix a territory of sales reps. We have doubled last years sales in 6 months and 7 of my 11 sales reps will hit their company goal for the first time in 5 years."
