"This company did not train me correctly and I was not aware of having to do multiple payrolls for which I was never trained properly to do the way they wanted me to."

What do you like about working at PromoWorks?

"I loved having my own team and managers under me to bring my team to a number one slot. It was really challenging as we could have gotten jobs to fill in as little as 24 hours and would have 100's of slots to fill in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"be aware of the training they give you and mostly hope to know it all before, you will not get too much help."

What don't you like about working at PromoWorks?

"Again, 24/7 job............not that I minded much, I was used to this at this point, however having limited time to get positions filled and the stress that went with it along with not being 100% trained for payroll and being written up as such got under my skin, after I did ask for help!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"try to train people better when they ask for help, do not critisize people for something they are not sure how to do. There is a right way to train people and a wrong way, Cassie did not train the right way!"
