"I have worked for Promex in Santa Clara for over the 3 years. With my prior experience in semiconductor packaging process engineering with solid understanding of semiconductors, electronics, optical and medical devices, I have developed myself into a professional engineer with expertise in many areas. In addition, I have the comprehensive understandings in many aspects of semiconductor packaging including wafer dicing, ***die*** attach, SMT, solder printing/SMT, wire encapsulation and metrology. I also successfully operated the Second Nikon machine with new programs and assisted our operators for Illumina, EXO, and Infinera.
