"I have worked for Promex in Santa Clara for over the 3 years. With my prior experience in semiconductor packaging process engineering with solid understanding of semiconductors, electronics, optical and medical devices, I have developed myself into a professional engineer with expertise in many areas. In addition, I have the comprehensive understandings in many aspects of semiconductor packaging including wafer dicing, ***die*** attach, SMT, solder printing/SMT, wire encapsulation and metrology. I also successfully operated the Second Nikon machine with new programs and assisted our operators for Illumina, EXO, and Infinera. Furthermore, I have developed a customized dicing process for wafer to wafer bonding and packaging to support unique customer applications (illumine Mantis kitkat). Lastly, I provide quick information turn to allow customers to demonstrate proof of concepts to investors and regulators with our processes essentially speed into the development. As the result, these products received regulatory approval or market acceptance and the $50M total funding.
