"If your career is growing with Prometric, great keep it up. If you feel you aren't getting ahead - get out fast - especially if you work for any technical department at corporate."

What don't you like about working at Prometric?

"There was NO organized training, did not promote teamwork, sent most of its helpdesk work overseas - then fired its most experienced techs to keep from paying serverance package! Poor technical help for the helpdesk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire professional managers instead of hiring from within just because job is applied for. Compensate for the real value of the helpdesk (that kept clients from leaving in droves due to poor service/ technology)"
