"Stress your education level as where you went to school is as important as the degree you earned."
What don't you like about working at St. Jude Medical?
"Lack of team environment, struggling work environment in todays health care landscape."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More realistic idea of the resources and timne needed to fully develop products."
What do you like about working at BarclayDean?
"The people are very nice but the management does not really know what is going on. There are also clear favorites here"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be in good with the manager and make her feel like she cannot live without you. Be willing to work like crazy and be happy with praise only occasionally. They don't have much money so be willing to get by on less.....BUT it's a job which in this economy is very very good."
What don't you like about working at BarclayDean?
"You have to be here. Face time here is very important. I think that is a crock....you should work when and where you want to so long as the job is done and the client's are happy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The big boss needs to get into the mix more here to make sure everyone is working well together and so that he really knows what is going on. I believe my direct boss only tells him what he wants to hear so he has no clue as to who really contributes. If I were the direct boss I would delegate more and make sure I didn't play favorites. I would encourage my people more as well."

"If you are a people person with a positive attitude and aren't afraid of long hours, give your best at the interview, this job is for you."

"I can't think of one thing I disliked about this company or the working experience"
