"The people were fun to work with and it gave me lot of opportunity to be creative and do presentations infront of key players in the industry. The brand name of the company helped as well. It gave me a sense of pride to be associated with such a reputed company and I wanted to live upto to the class every moment and I truly enjoyed doing that."

"Be honest and have a positive attitude. Things may not be favorable always and there could be challenging times but if you have the right kind of attitude and passion for your work you will definitely excel."

"The management was superb. My suggestion would be to keep doing what you are doing."

"The first 10 years at IBM provided growth and opportunity to learn."

"It is no longer a people oriented company. Decisions are made in departmental silos."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put some effort into evaluating people and provide growth opportunities, instead of being solely focused on billable time. Get back to IBM values from the past, become people oriented one more time, as that is the biggest investment."
