What do you like about working at Pall Corp.?

"It was my first job out of college. I was very excited about that, but the environment was less than ideal."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has been awhile, so I do not know what has changed except that Pall has bought them out. Therefore, I don't have any suggestions."

What do you like about working at Chanen Construction Co.?

"Chanen Construction allowed me to take ownership of the glass and stone panels coordination, change orders, and owner changes. I enjoyed having the full responsibility to manage my subcontractors."

What don't you like about working at Chanen Construction Co.?

"Chanen Construction did not stay a head of the construction changes. They were not current with software, market changes, and the future of construction. This may hurt their opportunity to get awarded future projects."

What do you like about working at International Truck & Engine?

"Very interesting products. Lots of challenge in the job. Very good team. Excellent exposure to various elements of the business"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management role should be to enable the team members to succeed. They should provide the needed enablers, tools and the resources for the team to be successful. They should also represent things honestly and accurately"

What do you like about working at Facilities Solutions Group?

"Was able to do most of my design work at home and the job site was 10 miles fomr the house. I know the people I worked with for a very long time ( the owner about 30 years) and got along with the people very well."

What don't you like about working at Facilities Solutions Group?

"Small company and do few projects in my area of training. Mostly they are an architectural firm and I just help them out when they need some piping and plumming design dome"

"I met many very good engineers and also became friend to them all, even after I left the company."

"The sales and marketing dept. is not up par with the products and had unrealistic goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sales and marketing need to understand and work with engineering dept. to achieve the common targets and goals."
