"There really is never a dull moment. Work is constant so it keeps things interesting and moving forward."

"Know that working here is all about the work and goals. Your agenda is pretty much already set."
What don't you like about working at NAFA Fleet Management Association?
"We have a small staff, however from the outside we look huge. Trying to keep up meet our goals along with completing daily tasks can be challenging because as we have good intentions of completing our goals, there could be something that happens to take us off of the path for a minute which can slow us down, but somehow we get through it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more open to change and allow and create room for employee growth."

"the individuals that make up Albiasa world wide are very talented and they counted with a great amount of knowledge for us to count with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"for reference when interviewing with this company keep in mind that it is a small private solely owned company and because of this individuals are expected to be able to wear many hats at a time."
What don't you like about working at ALBIASA Solar?
"the only thing that could have used more attention from the administration was the communication and between the US and Spanish head quarters. I believe that more communication would have allowed our US team to better illustrate the US renewable energy market and be more successful in the long run."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"only suggestion I would have is to be more more transparent."
