"They are not hiring for the division I was in and if they do advertise it's only if they get some contract will they be able to hire you."

What don't you like about working at Conergy?

"Overly layered decision making both in the USA and Germany. Also German's refusal to back some very profitable projects (that are now built by others) as the mother company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The EPC manager should leave as soon as possible so the company can move forward from his mess. No MW sales to date."
