"BKM and the design manager I worked with had confidence in me as a designer and gave the opportunity to learn and project manage several large successful projects."

"the atmosphere and people I am able to work with daily, I also really enjoy construction and being a part of something that takes a team effort to complete."
What do you like about working at Advantage Sales and Marketing?
"The company had many different projects, companies and products that were interesting. Many times, ASM would receive demonstration units that they would pass on to the employees. Also, my manager was very nice and easy to work with."
What don't you like about working at Advantage Sales and Marketing?
"The work environment was loud and the company felt unorganized. Meetings were stressfull and often unproductive."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest explaining the scope of the work a little more in depth to applicants in the interviewing process. Had I not been privy to the work scope I would have truly been struggling and in fact I revamped recruiting material to address this issue"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest a more concentrated emphasis on community work in contrast to energy spent on legislator's and to increase the media interfacing within the confines of the position."

"It was a great experience supporting the staff in order to make it a better place for the patients and visitors."
