"Talk less, work more, and don't expect to become very rich by working for a staffing agent."
What don't you like about working at Robert Half?
"Pay is kind of low, only $12/hr, with no benefits at first, and growth opportunity is very limited. Sometime, the working hours are not flexible. However, as I said, it's a starting point. I didn't expect to achieve everything at one-shoot."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should listen more to feedback from employees. We are a working team, and the only goal is to make work perfect. Management should/needs to think more for their workers."
What do you like about working at Turner Construction?
"Turner Construction gives me an opportunity to work, grow and learn more about project accounting."
What don't you like about working at Turner Construction?
"There is nothing to dislike about Turner Construction, except they just relocated in Orange County."
What don't you like about working at Collins & Aikman?
"I would have liked to learn more, but due to them closing (bankruptcy) that wasn't possible."
What do you like about working at Essex Realty Management?
"I had opportunity to work in fast pace environment whcih I love. I learned MRI Property Management software and got experience in working with Property Management Business. I am very happy that I was able to work in this new industry for more than three and half years."
What don't you like about working at Essex Realty Management?
"Lots and Lost of kissup, personal and politics. Essex pays attention to who is speaking vs what is spoken. Essex has open discrimnating policy. HR will interfare every department and will be bias too. The environment of Essex is a very, very stressfull."

"Well established, international company with a good reputation. Many nice people to work with."

"Recent bankruptcy filing has made life very difficult there."

"I wouldn't presume. They appear to be well qualified. They are making the best of a bad situation at present."

"They need to get on the same page, the Financial Manager and the Project Managers were not on the same paper when coming to earning income."
