"The company trusted me to get work done. I was a loan programmer which made some tasks difficult, but I always felt like they trusted me and gave me the freedom to make the best choices"

"A little bit of government bureaucracy. Requirement of advanced degrees for growth."

"Tasks were always changing. I understand managing many projects at once, but I like to be given a chance to finish those projects, before we jump to some other, unrelated, new idea."
