"I liked working with a large group of people. I loved learning new ways to deal with problems. Working in scrum teams with people of many skill sets. Getting to teach and pass on things I had learned to others. I love that everyone was there to improve.Overall great experience."

"I found it frustrating that some people treated it as a class, even though it was a class, and not an opportunity to have somewhat close to real life game company experience. People skipped coming to class and crunches often and the overall product suffered."

"I would have liked to see more strict scheduling and reprimands for not doing assigned work."

"Dodge's is, for the most part, a result-oriented company. They really do not care to hear details, but would rather see the results."

"I would suggest that they stop looking so far outside of the company for talent, and use existing employee that possess these talents to fill empty positions."

"Not much upward mobility in an outsourced environment. There is more opportunity working directly with consulting."

"The company is full of hard working employees that have a lot of integrity. Being motivated and straightforward would make someone a good fit for the company."

"The environment was often to isolated and quiet. Being promoted meant becoming a systems manager rather than a more advanced programmer. I don't have interest in managing, but in being a creative programmer."

"I would suggest having employees work together more rather than be isolated."

"Nothing in cts was fun. They don't give promotion/increment unless u ask, even though one does a great work."

"u dont know what exactly u want. try to recruit good programmers. A guy who knows java and doesnt know how to write programs is useless"

"They just dont worry about employees career. All they want is to complete the work. They dont care if employee learns. Talent - work mismatch. After working for 3 years, when I came out, people were not ready to recruit me as they felt that I did not work on latest technologies. Moreover, highly talented guys were asked to do testing."

"when people work, promote them before they come and ask for it. why beg for promotion"

"I like the health benefits that are available and I appreciate tuition reimbursement. Working with the customers is the best part of the position because they realize that you are trying to solve their issues."
