It's so rewarding to make positive relationships in the resident's lives. I also love the staff that I work with. They make the job so much more fun. I also like that the job is usually fast-pace, however if you are someone that doesn't like that, there are other group homes within the company that are slower."
"It is difficult to find a job that is so satisfying and directed towards a person's interests. I have enjoyed every day that I've been at ACR. The residents are what makes the good truly gratifying. The flexibility for someone in school is also great! The employees who work here really strive to help others."
