"My favorite thing about being a program counselor is to actually play a huge role in improving someone else's quality of life. It's so rewarding to make positive relationships in the resident's lives. I also love the staff that I work with. They make the job so much more fun. I also like that the job is usually fast-pace, however if you are someone that doesn't like that, there are other group homes within the company that are slower."
