"I love the interactive environment of Student Tutoring and Community Relations via Enrollment Drives for the A-MAN, Inc. Student Ambassador Programs, and Leadership Academy and SpaceX and Affiliated NASA Science Programs."
"At AJLI, being a Programs Assistant has allowed me to become more knowledgeable about the organization as a whole. More so, I've become more aware and informed about the organizations strategic goals and priorities, but also why those priorities are important to the sustainability of the Association and our 293 Junior League clients. I'm also in constant communication with these clients to coordinate their schedules to align with the Directors for constant consultation."
"I loved the environment but not the inadequate communication."
"It is just a seasonal position so it's nothing to be crazy about."
"I love being a Program Assistant when I am included in programmatic discussions and considered a full, contributing member of the team. When program assistant means secretary I am less inclined to enjoy my chosen profession. I love organizing schedules, planning meetings, making documents pretty and expense reconciliations. This position provides autonomy, empowerment, project management duties, challenges and routine all while helping someone else do amazing things. It's a great job."

What do you like about working at University of Central Florida?
"The people are easily the best part about working here."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I love this company. Each manager is different, but working to the companies and individual departments goals is priority. Showing excitement about your program is a must. There is a lot to do for a college, and one must put aside bureaucracy to better the student and business experience and enjoy their own job. My greatest suggestion, as always, do research on the job you seek before you apply. Make sure it fits you so you do not waste your time or the hiring manager's time."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is not much to suggest. The experience is a joy to be around people who are in the world ready to help businesses. The opportunity I have to work in a higher position is stifled by the limited resources of being the outermost center and limitations in attending classes at the home office."

"encourage managers to let their employees own projects and innovate, not do things likey they have always been done, look for people's talents, optimize work productivity instead of focusing on hours spent in the office, focus on product over time spent in the office, be more flexible"
