Professional Surveys Employee

"This is a terrible company to work for. Bottom 2-3 all-time personally. They try and sell you on the fact that you won't be selling or doing any other services, but basically have you chained to your work desk like some sort of slave with everything timed out to get every last breath out of you on the phones. The training lasts 3 weeks and the attrition rate for new hires is higher than the norm. They lose approximately 40-50% of new hires just in the training period alone. Your stats are reviewed constantly and the place is seriously micromanaged. The people chosen to work there are speaking Ebonics, not English. The managers are not your friends and will report you to HR in the blink of an eyelash."
