Productive Resources Employee

"I have been working for Productive Resources since 2018 at John Deere PEC providing the test facility with fixture designs for the tests that are run in the facility. I have enjoyed the flexibility in design that an engineer desires and have enjoyed working with the Deere employees that have done as much as they can to help in the learning process. The compensation is good for the most part, but the requirements of tasks for the compensation are a bit under what is expected."

"Productive Resources is an amazing first job and does a great job at getting you up and running when first starting. Everyone at the company is very nice and there is a lot of freedom in the work we do. The work life balance is amazing. The only downside is getting on projects that may not have engineering heavy work. Some are very engineering heavy and some are not."
