"If you really need a job do what you must, but be aware that you could possibly be seriously injured here both physically and emotionally. You will be thought of and used like an old sock and once you fight your way to the top of the food chain here there is no where else to go!"
What don't you like about working at Duro Bag Manufacturing?
"The work environment is loud, dirty and extremely dangerous! The management staff is terrible and the Plant Manager is very abusive towards the employees and makes everybody feel stupid. No one respects him as a leader. There is very poor to no communication between staff and management and the training for new and advancing employees is absolutely pathetic! The moral there is constantly negative and unhappy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate, encourage and lead everyone in a positive and proactive manner. Help each employee to fully feel involved and understand their own personal potential and contributing value to the company."

"Didn't like working in this company because of it's was just a contractual job and no chance for advancement."

"I liked the people I was working with. People are friendly and have work ethics."

"I suggest that they should give some benifits for the workers specially medical benifits."

"many different task everyday and the responablitiy to work on my own with out no one telling what to do all day or just over my back."

"I did not like the last minute mandation they had."

"I do the company went out of bussiness or sold out to some one else."

"Disrespectful people. Having to do other people work that they should have done."

"It was family orientated. the owners were apart of everyday operations."

"you will love it. the atmosphere of the company is very laid back."

"the thing or things I didnt like about cmt is that there were to many childish games."

"I would tell management to be thankful they have a great core of guys working in there shop."
