What do you like about working at The Sports Authority?
"Great discount. Depending on your boss the hours can be nice but it is advertising so expect fire drills and some late nights during the busy season."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what your interviewing for there are very few creative positions at this company, so know that you are going in to be a work horse and out put production and not to be creative. If this is what you are looking for then this is a place for you."
What don't you like about working at The Sports Authority?
"Some managers have no idea how to manage and should not be in the position that they are in. Sometimes it feels like high school all over again with cliques and drama."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your lower employees, they usually know more about what is really going on behind the scenes. Use the creativity that you have, there are very talented artists in your midst that are being utilized. The creativity available is amazing and none of it gets tapped into and instead you outsource for it and pay soo much more for it."
