"The pay received is one of its best attractors. Prior to this I worked for non-profit and pay was not as good"

"I would suggest not interviewing as there is no opportunity for advancement and change is slow to say the least"

"I do not like the opportunities for advancement, presently there are none"

"Listen to the supervisors a little better, work with us to reach goals not just say figure it out"
