"The position I was hired for was much more technical then I was led to believe. There was no training to get someone who is a business consultant to understand the technical aspects of the position."

"I was unable to continue my tenure as a result of poor money management. I realize money must be spent to in turn make money although this must be handled in the correct manner by the Board."

"Listen to your people and acknowledge their achievements and short comings. An individual is unable to act if communication is lacking. That same individual will produce 10 fold with a pat on the back when deserved."
