"Freedom to work on your own and excel based on your skills. Poor compensation though, especially when living in the bay area. Some games just suck to work on. Conversely, some are fantastic! However, there is little to no creative input, which is a big turn off."

"They acquired another company Catapult and they laid-off Ixia employees to compensate for the additional headcount."
