"It was a growing business which brought a spirit of new horizons that could be very exciting. We often found that the competition like to compare themselves to us. That felt empowering."

"Make sure you know someone who works there - particularly who is favored by management."
What don't you like about working at Freightquote?
"The owner revolved the executive management like a revolving door, so he ran it like a consumer call center. Expectations were never clearly set. Goals were changed every 3 months."

"Grow up. Their decision skills are not based on facts, but typically what they felt like for the day or were just power plays."
