"I wish the people I worked with were smarter and the company headed in a better direction. Politics seem to play into many decisions."

"I would focus more on growth in mobile and server markets. We don't have any good products coming out to compete with ARM or Intel when it comes to mobile."

"Modern office space, nice gym, high salary, bonus pay yearly"

"Old boys club is rewarded. impress the right people and it won't matter how hard you work."
What don't you like about working at Navistar?
"Everyone is afraid of change. Throw up roadblocks to stop progress. Process are poorly defined, change often and incredibly inefficient."

"Be involved in teaching, inspirational, influential and constructive. As CEO would make informed decisions"

"Technical advances are slow paced. The company is getting there, just a bit slower."

"Consider work from home, especially for software engineers because it is very feasible."

"There are many good people to learn from and work with. You must work within the bounds of all processes and policies."

"Lack of consistent customer focus. Low risk tolerance. Limited resources insufficient to capitalize on larger opportunities."

"State a well articulated vision and maintain focus on the customer's priorities. Invest in testing and certification resources to avoid the most common schedule risk bottlenecks. Offer more OJT."

"Spent too much time documenting everything you do and get trained. Heavily regulated by FDA."

"The management should focus more on developement of this own people."
What do you like about working at Procter & Gamble?
"Procter and Gamble highly values its employees and provides the best training programs in all aspects to ensure the employees are set up for success. Trainings that I took during my two years with P&G include leadership, communication, listening skills, teamwork, time management, networking opportunities, and so on. Also, the company gives a high level of trust to its employees. As a recent hire, I was assigned to lead a $15MM project. People whom I work with are diverse and open minded. P&G also provides a great mentorship program."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you are connected to a recruiter, because getting into P&G is probably harder than getting into Harvard."
What don't you like about working at Procter & Gamble?
"Mainly, I don't like the location availability in the US. All positions end up back in Cincinnati, OH. My family is in California, so staying with the company long term is not a viable option for me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Think about how to target Gen Y employees to address their needs. For example, have a rotational project in different GBUs or a rotational role within the same GBU."
