What do you like about working at Spectrum?
"Many of the outside teams were willing to work together, and were open to new ideas."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Dress professionally. Time Warner Cable is a traditional telecom, and suits were a regular thing to see in the office."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"Politics ran rampant. I had an awful experience with my direct supervisor (as did many of my team mates), and very little was done when our concerns were brought to upper management and HR."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sometimes they need to take better care of the people. I understand that work needs to get done, but the needs of the individuals need to be accounted for."
What do you like about working at Arkema?
"To use my 40 years of experience at a place I know well and understand it's future."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, I watched this company grow and prove itself as a huge player and contributer to the Plastics Industry world wide."
What don't you like about working at Arkema?
"Absolutely nothing. I've enjoyed working for Arkema year after year, geting more experinced."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To always hire experienced sicientists, such as myself, willing to work past their retireing age. Their experience should be their only resume"
