"I was allowed to move around when the organization had other openings."

"Depends on the department. Lots of angry people working there. As they should be."

"too much tension, getting things done was impossilbe, no one took ownership of any issue"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management changes constantly, they get paid VERY well for a 15 minute stay so really do they care"

"I didn't like that the culture of the office had changed a lot."

"I wish management would have been more interested in what all of their employees could bring to the table. There is nothing worse than being type-casted within in your profession."
