"Livent has a very progressive culture with respect to safety. They have an excellent workforce however recent corporate decisions have had impacts on their workers stationed at plants. There is plenty of room for creativity when it comes to managing small capital projects, but the larger corporate process can be ignored depending on the attitude of the engineer. Overall Livent is committed to safety and is involved in a very fascinating and upcoming industry. However, guidelines can be loosely followed when it comes to capital projects."
