"The pay at Nye Lubricants is pretty low. At 13.00/hr it was definitely not a selling point to the internship but I've always said that I would do it for free. I'm grateful to make what I make. As for full-time engineers, I believe the salary starting is about 58,000/yr with room to grow. This might not sound that great but the benefits at Nye are some of the best I've ever seen. Just for vacation time along, every employee starts off with 4 weeks of PAID vacation time. This always blew my mind."
