What do you like about working at United Express?

"They required you to stretch, and therefore I had varied assignments and gained lots of experience, especially in Continued Improvement tools and techniques."

What don't you like about working at United Express?

"I couldn't stay there because of high oil prices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1. Business model is all wrong, especially if oil prices go up again. Forget about targeting business travelers exclusively and become the new South West airlines. Business folks will probably video conference more now anyway, so retarget vacationers and cargo."
