"I worked for ProAmpac/Coating Excellence International since 2014. I liked working here because of the people and the challenge. As time went on, the management seemed less concerned about improvement and innovation more concerned about superficial goals set forth by disconnected senior management. I miss the people I worked with and the challenge of improving processes and equipment. I don’t miss watching decisions being made that look good on paper but don’t make sense in reality."
