"PLEASE, do yourself a favor and look for another job ASAP. The owner/self proclaimed CEO, is scrambling. Amica used to be a staple to the company but they refuse to expand because of all the problems she keeps having servicing her local market. It makes it so hard to service a client when she ties your hands with what you can do. I am definitely looking for another job as this ship is like the Titanic. It is going down. This place used to be such a great and prosperous place to work with tons of business to service and new business coming in. WOW, this place needs real ownership again and more seasoned management."
