"VP of Op's is frequently unavailable and does not communicate expectations yet has a MBO system set up. I have set up at least three meetings with the VP of Operations in outlook that were accepted and I was completely stood up with no response. Complete lack of respect. Many start up problems, but not a willingness to staff appropriately to support correcting."
