"I have primarily been working as a contract advisor for several years. My most recent SaaS company Liquid Logics had a great product and reached its maximum capacity for growth so we separated. I reported to the owner/CEO who was extremely bright and hardworking. They had only entered that space about 4 years ago and over a two year period I helped make them a major player in the space. In order to grow the CEO would need to raise capital and he is not someone who wants to lose control."
