What do you like about working at EFJohnson Technologies?

"I can come in at 10:30 AM and head home about 4:00 PM. My days usually consist of surfing the web looking at eBay just waiting for someone to screw up so I can come save the day."

"Good luck. We don't hire engineers at EF Johnson anymore, so no one will ever interview."

What don't you like about working at EFJohnson Technologies?

"I need more engineers under me so I can delegate tasks to them. I should not be required to do those tasks myself considering my technical level and knowledge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. The go out and get some real product development engineers so I can offload all designs to them."
