"Equipment and tools were scattered around making it difficult to carry out operations"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In a project be your own leader and not just do what the customer wants done. We often have abetter knowledge and understanding than the customer and can make better decisions as to the direction to go in."

"Working with the coworkers and the challenging projects. Also liked the variety of projects that I worked on."

"Be willing to work hard and be willing to spend extra time on the side to meet deadlines."

What don't you like about working at MaxPower?

"Did not always keep the tools very well organized making it take 3 times longer to get anything done in lab than it should have."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Organize work stations better so that there is a set of tools for every task required."
