"It is a lean manufacturing company, the operations management is very supportive of new lean initiatives, the products (on demand imaging production) have very high quality both hardware and software stability. Very profitable company."

"Understand the technology of Rimage and the personality of its management and tell them what you can do for them."
What don't you like about working at Rimage?
"I have a very supportive Director of Manufacturing, encouraging and promoting lean concepts and practices. The manufacturing staff is very good at what they do, excellent quality (first pass yields over 98%)."

"Keep doing what is best and continue to innovate in both design and manufacturing best practices"
