"I love these items: I have a total picture of the DBA need of the company, and the present situation of all database servers. I get invitations from all groups with their need and my input. I have gotten control and chance of improvement of existing and future environments. The part I hate is: some of the team members drag on simple tasks, and unnecessary linger things that could be quickly finished, and do not follow the best practices while implementing database server/config."
