"The quality of the people I worked with. The feeling that my loyalty to my employer was rewarded with loyalty toward me."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't be afraid to be yourself. They seem to appreciate a variety of types of people there, from a variety of backgrounds. I think they may be more willing than most companies to recruit from afar."

What don't you like about working at Princeton University?

"The cost of living in Princeton drove me out. Housing, day care... I finally gave up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was treated well. The place functioned well. My reasons for leaving were personal, having nothing to do with the job itself."
