"This company is not what it appears to be on the outside. I thought I accepted employment at a professionally run organization who cared. Instead, I just see a company that doesn't care about its employees, and bosses who only seem to care about getting their bonuses. Someone else said something similar to this: they only care about stats and pretending to have it all together to please the CEO and upper management. This place operates like a high school with cliques like in the movie Mean Girl. Could not say it better myself. We have to Instant Message our boss every time we leave our desk, even if it is to use the restroom. Not a positive place to work at all."
