"Unprofessional, not patient driven, about who you know not what you know"
What do you like about working at Prime Therapeutics?
"The pay, benefits are good but insurance is kinda ok and optional overtime."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Your experience may get you in the door but if you plan to stay long and accel learn to do a lot of butt kissing, flirting and pretending to be everyone's best friend. Your hard work does not matter here. Only how much they like you. Do not go against the heard and try to be a super worker going above the call of duty to help the patients because that will cause you to lose your job. Just make a lot of friends in management and with coworkers and do the bare minimum to get the pt on and off the phone to make stats look good."
What don't you like about working at Prime Therapeutics?
"The professionalism and gossiping among management, how all you have to do is be friends with someone in management to get a pay raise and move up in the company which is also the only way to move up. It is about who you know not what you know. The Orlando location does not care about the patients, so many patients miss their doses because of Prime. They only care about stats and pretending to have it all together to please the CEO and upper management. This place operates like a high school with clicks like in the movie Mean Girl. If you are not in the in crowd then you will never advance. If you try to go above and beyond for the patients you will get fired because you stats will go down trying to help the customer. They want you on and off the phone and does not care if claims pay out incorrectly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about the patients and getting them their medicine on time. These are specialty medicines not tylenol. Most of these patients can die from not getting their meds on time so start caring... what if it were you on the other end Give people promotions that deserve it and has worked hard for it and stop putting people in positions that don't know what they are doing just because they claim they know it. Take responsibility of your role. Be professional and stop gossiping like this is high school. Get a better internet security system."
