"I started working for a Company called Spring Mobile, in July of 2016. Everything I experienced with that company was great, however my location was in blackout zones for vital sales, causing a difficult outreach to prospective customers. At some point in 2018, Prime Communications LLC acquired Spring Mobile, which provided advantages and disadvantages. The change did help me to transfer Markets, and be in a great position to acquire large accounts, and offer companies services that I previously could not. I will admit, Prime did not focus as much on our SaaS systems; essentially relying on business management to handle it themselves, while managing a long list of existing and new accounts. The work was more stressful, but I was able to top my region multiple times in Business Account Acquisition & Total Sales."

"I’ve worked for Prime Communications as a regional recruiting manager. The company was evolving into a major change. The experience I was given added onto my career."

"During my 5 years at Prime Communications there were many ups and downs. In recent years the company has become extremely micromanaged and hard to work for. The ability to have a good work/life balance is almost non-existent. They continue to make quotas harder to reach by raising your store goals each month. If you reach and exceed your quota for one month they will make it harder to reach the next. Avoid working here if you have kids or want a social life."

"I've worked for Prime Communications for the past 6 years. They have a culture that's easy to buy into and show they care about their employees. Another thing I've always appreciated is that they will always give you the tools necessary to succeed in whatever role you are in."
