What do you like about working at Prime Computer?

"Prime had a limited product line, so the Custom Systems Group was responsible for much of the company's success in individual companies. Within the larger corporate structure we had complete responsibility for defining solutions, pricing them, producing them, sales training and support. It was great."

What don't you like about working at Prime Computer?

"Eventually taken over by former IBM management which did not recognize what the company could and could not do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prime doesn't exist any more. The Board hired the wrong top management which dismantled the engineering strength of the company."
