Prime Company Employee Job Reviews in the United States

"This is the WORST company to work for, EVERYONE I worked with from management down complained ALL DAY about how much they HATED their job and the tenants there. Prime revolves their staff around their properties and dangle advancement in your face but never really give it to you. They give referral fees of $500 to the tenants but only $50 for commission to the leasing agents MONTHS after you rent it out. It was so toxic that I got accused of trying to "scam" them 10 minutes on my timecard by the SR. Manager Dawn, she was saying that I was trying to get more minutes than what I worked, when in reality I just forgot to clock out. She then got upset because I printed my TRAINING PAPERS on the OFFICE COPIER instead of at home. She went into this rant about how they can't afford copy paper for stuff like that. What a joke. I just quit after that, who wants to be micromanaged by rude managers like that for minimum wage and for only $50 4 months later? I couldn't even afford to pay rent with my minimum wage let alone provide for my family on it. NO SERIOUS experienced professional would tolerate that. That's why the staff is so revolving and there's no job security. Both of my trainers at different properties complained about how much they hate their job to the point where I told the higher up that I was concerned for my colleagues mental health and that he is going to shoot up the place if they don't do something about it. They did, they moved him to my complex instead because I am also a tenant of theirs too and he hates it here too. This company DOES NOT care about their employees and the only one who had anything nice to say about this company was the brown noising sr.manager Dawn which tells you all you need to know about this place. Don't waste your time working for this pathetic company, the corporate ladder doesn't exist because your colleagues are competing with jealousy with you over ONE position that is being dangled in their face just to keep them there."
