"When I joined Primatics Financial, it was more or less a start-up and we had a lot of flexibility. However, along the way it became a big company, and things started going downhill after it got bought over. The current management is hyper focused on the bottom line, and have gone from being really good at getting stuff done to being bean-counters. A lot of people got laid off, and many good people left. They didn't lay off the executive management though!"
