"Not good."
What do you like about working at Primary Color?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Keep your mouth shut, watch your back and be strong if you are a woman."
What don't you like about working at Primary Color?
"I worked at the Culver City/El Segundo locations for 4 years. My story is quite a saga as well in the male dominated sexist environment. My first experience was being singled out for abuse of the internet (when it was obvious everybody was doing it). I called this unfair and sexist because I was the only female on the shift. I was later called into an intimidating talk, all the male managers, closed door, where I was asked to sign a waiver saying the discipline was not sexist. I never should have signed it, but I feared losing my job. I was progressively moved to graveyard after I had a baby. It got to be so untenable to even pump milk for my child. Eventually I was fired for incompetence...yeah, after 4 years. How does that make any sense"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There was a total of 2 women in my department at the time I was working there. The other woman had been with the company from the beginning and was always very strong. I respect her. But I hope the company has improved their treatment of women."
