"I worked at Primal Elements for 2 years and had the same experience as every single employee has had who has quit. Although this company offers great introductory experience of the consumer goods world, it has a horrible management. The family/owners of the business are a nightmare to work for and constantly create an unorganized, high-stress, hostile environment to work in."
