What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't lead people into thinking they will have a long term permanent position. In my case I left a peppermint job to work what was supposed to be a temporary to hire assignment for pride staff that paid less but was closer to my house and within four months they no longer needed me. I was so disappointed, and to make matters worse none of the managers or staff would return my calls /emails."
