2.1 Pros Get to make a difference in people’s lives Rewarding work Dynamic Cons Minimal to no room for advancement Low pay/bonus structure not aligned with the industry Poor local leadership Advice for management My biggest piece of advice is consistency and communication. The management here lacks this. What the policy or approach is one day does not mean that will be what we do tomorrow. And when a change is made, properly communicate this to your team. Don’t expect them to read your mind. While I brought 60% to 80% GM the treatment by the owner was not reflective of the fact. In addition, don’t make promises you don’t, won’t, or can’t keep. It is demotivating and demoralizing.

1.9 I worked for Pridestaff for a little over a year an a half and the whole time they were taking local taxes for a city that does not collect taxes. I don't know where that money went. I was recently hired in by my company and in my last three checks with Pridestaff, they took more money from me and, even though they acknowledge the mistake, they refuse to give it back. It's been four months and I still don't have my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

2.1 I worked for Pridestaff for a year and a half and the whole time they were taking local taxes from my weekly checks for a city that does not collect taxes. I don't know where that money went, but they refuse to give it back. I've contacted them many times and they just give me excuses as to why they aren't refunding my money. It's time to take this higher.
